Journaling Journey: Owning Your Authentic Self

Updated: Feb 9, 2023

Hello my beautiful babes! Hope everyone has been having a wonderful week :) Today's post is another month of journalling! In case anyone has been picking up on my theme this week, the journalling prompt will also be aligned with the Full Moon. As all the journalling prompts are!

For anyone just now tuning in, the Full Moon is the peak of the Moon's energy flow. It is a time of power, potential, and the downturn in energy. At this prosperous time of the cycle, journalling is a great way to not only get a clear vision on what is currently going on but also what is not as easily seen. Your energy and power are at their most potent. However, from this point on until the New Moon your energy will be ebbing away just like the moon becomes more shadowed.

This Full Moon is in the sign of Leo, the lion, who is defined by the pride. This one is all about who you are and who you are meant to be. Who the true you are and what is stopping you from being that version. So, if you all are ready to reflect and get into it, grab a piece of paper & a writing utensil and let's go.

Owning Your Authentic Self

  1. What is an authentic way of being you?

  2. How can you connect more deeply to yourself, AS YOU ARE, not who you wish to be?

  3. What can you offer your current self to help future you?

  4. How can you build more confidence in your quirks?

  5. What makes you beautiful to you?

  6. What crossroads are you finding yourself at? Where is the fun in each option?

  7. Where have I let my pride get in the way of my truth?

  8. What part of me is feeling less than? How can I add confidence in that area?

  9. What am I ready to experience in the new chapter of my life?

  10. When am I feeling the most in my skin, in my body, and alive? Where can I recreate that environment in my every day to day?

Hope everyone has a fantastic Sunday & month!

Until next time,

xoxo
