The world seems scarier than it actually is right now, and that is on purpose. The false powers at be are watching their faulty empires crumble, and society will rise from the ashes. It will get worse before it gets better, but it will get better.
Stay strong, use your discernment, rely on your intuition. Remember that everyone is witnessing this, but how they perceive it is 100% where they are on their journey and the mindset they have. Do not try to push people into waking up, it is all in their own time. Be you, show up when you can, and don't be hard on yourself when you can't. Rest when things feel heavy because the energy will call for it. Do not push to try and move the time up because everything will unfold when it is time. Many timelines are condensing and collapsing to course correct, the energy will always realign itself to the truth.
