Hello friends and fellow energy feelers!

Anyone else having their asses handed to them during this eclipse season? Not sure about anyone else, but the energetic waves are crazier than a roller coaster, and combined with the chaos of it all, the world truly feels like timelines are collapsing left and right.

I have been doing micro readings for about a month now at the market, and I have noticed so many people stepping into new roles and taking a chance on themselves, and it is amazing. Some people are having change thrust upon them whether they are ready or not, while others are begging for a shift that isn't quite here yet. Eclipse season is all about this energy, so learning how to move through it always helps. The same advice stands: Get Grounded, Get Centered, and Get Back to Your Body.

When the world is changing rapidly around…

Grief is one of the most miraculous things to me, especially grief around death. There is so much sadness and love that is happening at the same time that it makes me dizzy. Overwhelming sadness from the loss, joy from remembering all the good times spent together, and the love that was formed from that bond. I also now understand Inside Out on a whole new level. I have never felt in real time that every happy memory starts to get sadness on it. Most of them are tie-dyed yellow and blue now. I have lost people before, lost pets before; death is anything but new to me. However, this grief is a new brand of beast I hadn't expected.

The only thing that seems to help consistently is just being. Being in the silence so that the thoughts can come and go with the emotions in their own time.…
